Eric has over 30 years of industry experience, including time as the Senior VP of Granite City Food and Brewery. Eric is excited to bring his experience of building fun, family-friendly atmospheres to Des Moines as the President and Operator of Gameday.

Brooke’s experience in the restaurant, service and retail industries includes Director of Operations for Granite City Food & Brewery and Vice President for Hy-Vee. Throughout her career, she has opened and directed over 100+ restaurants.
